Thank you very much for your favorable response to the “Tiger Kamado” KMD-A100, for which we started accepting reservations on August 31, 2023.

We have received far more reservations than expected since the start of reservations, and production is not able to keep up with demand.

Therefore, we originally planned to deliver the product after late October, but orders placed in September will be delivered after late December, and orders placed after October 19th will be delivered after late January 2024.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who have placed orders or are considering placing orders.
