Peace of Mind for “10 Years”: Our Commitment to Performance Parts for Repair

Driven by this desire, Tiger Corporation’s basic policy is to stock the “performance parts for repair” necessary to maintain a product’s functionality for 10 years after production is discontinued. *

This ensures that even if parts like the electric rice cooker’s inner pot or gasket wear out after years of use, you still have the option to repair it by replacing those parts.

Of course, the number of parts multiplies with the number of products (a single electric rice cooker alone has about 200 parts!). Stocking and managing all of them for such an extended period is no simple task. Nevertheless, we continue this commitment because of the “voices” we hear from our customers.

Daily Maintenance

Please refer to the instruction manual and regularly clean parts such as the electric rice cooker’s inner lid and the air intake and exhaust vents at the bottom.

Citric Acid Cleaning

Mineral components from tap water can build up inside Electric Water Boiler & Warmers and Electric Kettles. Cleaning them with citric acid will help you keep them clean and usable for a long time.
