Cut the pork into 1cm thick slices and the daikon radish into 2cm thick ginkgo-leaf slices. Cut the japanese leeks into 4cm wide pieces.
Place the ingredients from step 1 into the inner pot, add the mixed seasonings, set it into the main unit, and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Essence Pressure,High” mode, set the cooking time to 55 minutes, press the pressure button, and ensure the pressure indicator pin is raised before pressing “START/SET”.
Once cooking is complete, confirm the pressure indicator pin has dropped. Press the pressure button to lower the indicator pin, then open the lid. Gently mix everything together, serve in bowls, and garnish with the shredded japanese leeks.
