From the product shipping date, the main unit is covered by a “1-year” warranty, and the inner pot is covered for the period specified in the “Warranty” section of the instruction manual.
Free repairs will be provided in accordance with the free repair regulations stated in the instruction manual.

Operation and Quality Check
Specialized technicians conduct operational checks and quality assurance tests to confirm the product meets resale standards.

Repackaging
After a final check, the product and its accessories are carefully packed in a special box for refurbished items and delivered to the customer.
About Refurbished Ranks
Rank A
A refurbished product that, upon inspection, was found to have no usage history. It has undergone a functional check and necessary component replacements.
Rank B
A refurbished product that may show minor signs of use, but parts that come into direct contact with food have been replaced (as a rule), and it has undergone maintenance and inspection to ensure normal functionality.

About the Products
- The products on this page have been returned to our company for various reasons (e.g., during delivery and setup, or after use) and have been restored by specialized technicians according to strict standards.
- Refurbished products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including minor scratches. In the unlikely event of a functional defect, the product will be handled via repair.
- Customers cannot select the specific condition (e.g., degree of scratches) of the refurbished product.
- The model number on the refurbished product’s packaging and the purchase-time website may differ from the model number on the product itself and in the instruction manual.
- When ordering, please agree to the terms listed on the purchase page before completing your purchase.
- These products are not eligible for any extended warranty services offered by our company. Even if an application is made, we will decline it for products we deem ineligible.
Warranty and Support for Malfunctions
- The warranty period for refurbished products starts from the shipping date: “1 year” for the main unit, and the period stated in the “Warranty” section of the instruction manual for the inner pot.
- Please note that damage such as scratches, dents, and odors are not covered by the warranty for refurbished products.
- A minimum retention period is set for “performance parts for repair” required to maintain the functionality of a home appliance when it malfunctions. The retention period begins when the manufacturing of that product is discontinued. Please see here for the retention period of each product. (Within the retention period for performance parts for repair) The minimum retention period for a refurbished product is based on the original product.
- Please do not, under any circumstances, remove the sticker attached to the main unit.
- Please carefully store the “Usage Precautions” sheet, the proof of purchase (delivery slip), and the instruction manual.
- To request a repair, please have the delivery slip (included with the product) and the instruction manual ready and contact us at the number below.
- When you call, please inform the representative that you purchased a “Tiger Refurbished” product.
