Request to ensure safe use of ACW-S model coffee makers
Thank you very much for your continued use of Tiger products.
We have confirmed problems such as the switch no longer working or the switch lamp no longer lighting up on ACW-S coffee makers manufactured and sold by our company between 2011 and 2012. Problems such as these are indicators that the product is malfunctioning. Please stop using the product immediately and contact us at the following Navi-Dial number.
In addition, if you encounter the above problems, please do not hold the switch down with tape or by other means, as this may result in an accident.
