Thank you very much for your continued use of Tiger products.
We have found that the ACW-S coffee makers manufactured by Tiger between July 14, 2011 and May 9, 2012 have a defect in the power supply wiring, and while there is no problem when used normally, there is a possibility of smoking or ignition if the switch is forcibly held down with tape or other means when customer finds that the switch has stopped working or the switch lamp has stopped lighting up.

Therefore, we would like to voluntarily inspect and repair the affected products free of charge in order to ensure their safe use in the future. If you are a user of the affected product, we kindly ask that you contact us using the information below.
