Regarding portable gas stoves and gas canisters previously manufactured and sold by Tiger Corporation (Headquarters: Kadoma City, Osaka), a significant amount of time has passed since production ended. Prioritizing customer safety, we strongly urge you to stop using these products.

Affected Products

Products (portable gas stoves or gas canisters) with either of the following markings on the main body:

• The “TIGER” logo
• The company name “タイガー魔法瓶株式会社” (Tiger Magic Bottle Co., Ltd.) or “タイガー魔法瓶工業株式会社” (Tiger Magic Bottle Industry Co., Ltd.)

Important Warning: Risk of Use

More than 10 years have passed since the production of the affected portable gas stoves ended, and more than 7 years for the gas canisters.

Components such as rubber seals (gaskets) built into the products deteriorate over time. Deformation due to prolonged use is also possible. As a result, there is a risk of gas leaks or safety devices failing to operate correctly, potentially leading to a fire.

If you use the product without noticing a gas leak, it creates an extremely dangerous situation that could lead to serious personal injury or property damage, such as burns or fires from ignition, or in the worst case, an explosion.

Tiger Corporation has already discontinued all after-sales services, including repairs and parts replacement, as well as the sale of these products.

Therefore, we sincerely ask any customer still possessing one of the affected products to immediately stop using it and dispose of it properly according to the rules of your local municipality.
