Notice of repair fee revision

Thank you for using TIGER CORPORATION products.

As the structure of some of our products has become more complex, the number of man-hours required has increased, making it extremely difficult to continue with the current technical fees.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have decided to revise the repair fees for orders received from October 1, 2023.

We will continue to strive to further improve our services to ensure customer satisfaction, so we appreciate your understanding.

Price revision date

The revised repair fee will be applied to products received by customers for repair after October 1, 2023.

Handling of repaired items received by the day before the revision date

For items for repair received by the day before the revision date, the repair fee before the revision will be applied regardless of whether there is a change in the estimate or the repair progress date.
