Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Place 1, ground meat, canned tomatoes, and seasonings into the inner pot. Mix lightly, then set it into the main unit and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Quick,Low”, set the cooking time to 40 minutes, and press “START/SET”.
After cooking, season with salt to taste. Serve rice in bowls, then layer lettuce, 3, tomatoes, and shredded cheese in that order.
If the acidity of canned tomatoes is too strong, adding about 1 teaspoon of sugar will mellow it out.
