to taste
Rub salt and pepper into the chicken wings.
Cut the onion and celery into 1cm cubes.
Place all ingredients into the inner pot, set it into the main unit, and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Essence Pressure,Low”, set the cooking time to 1 hour, press the pressure button until it rises, then press “START/SET”.
Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve in bowls.
