Smoked salmon

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into 1cm cubes. Cut the smoked salmon into 1cm cubes.
Whisk the eggs, then mix in the milk (or heavy cream), salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and the avocado and salmon mixture.
Place the egg mixture into the buttered inner pot, set it into the main unit, and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Bake,High”, set the cooking time to 25 minutes, and press “START/SET”.
Once done, plate the dish and garnish with Italian parsley and tomato ketchup to taste.
If you don’t have smoked salmon, shrimp or ham will work just as well.
If underbaked, while the “Keep Warm” indicator is flashing, turn the dial to set additional baking time, then press “START/SET” to bake.
