Heat is distributed as evenly as possible in the pot, ensuring each grain of cooked rice is plump. The layers of different metals increase the thermal diffusion effect. The high temperature produced by induction heating (IH) is quickly and directly transferred to the rice.
Heat sealing ceramic coating
The outside of the pot is finished with a heat-sealing ceramic coating which, in addition to the ceramic inner pot material coating, incorporates hollow glass beads to improve the heat storage performance.
The “far-infrared ceramic coating” on the inside of the pot causes the rice and water to boil with fine bubbles as if the rice was cooked in a clay pot. These coatings produce a delicious taste comparing favorably with that of rice cooked in a clay pot, bringing out the natural sweetness of the rice and its springy texture.

Specialty rice cooking settings
“Premium” setting
This luxurious setting brings out the sweetness, aroma, stickiness, and softness that define delicious rice. The water-absorption process takes twice as long as the standard “White Rice” setting in order to bring out the original flavor of the rice.
“Frozen Rice” setting
More time is taken for the water-absorption process compared with the standard “White Rice” setting in order to eliminate the dryness of frozen rice and the clumpiness of rice is that is reheated in a microwave. The resulting rice is fluffy to the core with minimal clumping, retaining its delicious flavor even after being stored in the freezer. You can keep your freezer stocked with the cooked rice to allow you to enjoy the “delicious taste of freshly cooked rice” anytime.
“Quick Cook” setting
The shortened water absorption time and steaming time allow the rice to be cooked in a shorter time than with the standard “White Rice” setting. This setting is recommended for when you are having a busy day, or when you want just a bit of extra rice.

“Brown Rice” setting
This setting produces plump, delicious brown rice, which is usually difficult to cook with the right amount of water and heat. Brown rice is a good source of vitamin B1 and other nutrients.
“Mixed Grains” setting
This setting produces plump, delicious rice with mixed grains, which is usually difficult to cook in consideration of the right amount of water absorbed. You can easily take in abundant nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.
“Barley Rice” settings
The Barley Rice settings specialized for cooking white rice with barley rich in soluble fiber are provided. The rice cooking programs tailored to the characteristics of two types of barley allow its characteristic odor to be suppressed and delicious taste to be delivered so that you can eat barley rice every day.
Quick and simple cooking to prepare a dish
The “Cooking” setting useful for quick cooking is provided. In this setting, a dish can be cooked as quickly as about 15 minutes even on a busy day.
The rice cooker heats foods automatically without using fire so that you can just wait until it finishes cooking a dish after putting ingredients in it.
