The 3.5 go rice cooker comes with the far-infrared, nine-layer, oven-effect, ceramic-coated inner pot (GOHOBI finish), which is a nine-layer inner pot with the coatings of thermally conductive and heat-sealing materials.
The outer upper part of the inner pot has the oven-effect coating using a thermally conductive copper material. The outer lower part has the heat-sealing ceramic coating using a ceramic inner pot material with high heat-sealing properties. The layers of materials with coating particles of different sizes increase the heat-sealing properties and the heat for boiling.
For the inside and bottom of the inner pot, the far-infrared ceramic coating and a new surface shape to enhance bubbling have been adopted, respectively.
About 2,250 small projections provided onto the bottom have increased the surface area by approx. 21%* to enhance bubbling.
This allows each grain of rice to be enfolded by fine bubbles as if the rice was cooked in a clay pot and enhances the far-infrared radiation effect, thus bringing out the good flavors of the rice.

Variable double-pressure system to bring out stickiness and springiness
Two pressure balls, one large and one small, are controlled to cook the rice thoroughly, bringing out the stickiness of the rice.
A pressure of 1.25 atm is applied during cooking to bring out the stickiness and springiness of the rice.
After cooking, a pressure of 1.05 atm is applied to steam the rice at high temperatures so that firm rice grains can be produced with minimal clumping.

“Frozen Rice” setting
This setting employs a program that allows you to cook delicious rice suitable for freezing.
In order to prevent defrosted cooked rice from being dry or defrosted rice reheated in a microwave oven from being pasty, the rice is given a longer time to absorb water in this menu setting than in the White Rice setting. This means the cooked rice will not be pasty but be plump to the core and the delicious flavor can be kept after the rice is frozen.
You can keep your freezer stocked with frozen rice to allow you to enjoy the “delicious taste of freshly cooked rice” anytime.
Capable of cooking at least a single bowl of rice!
The rice cooker is capable of cooking at least a single bowl (0.5 go) of rice and allows you to easily enjoy the delicious taste of the rice as if it was cooked in a clay pot.
The “Sushi/Curry” setting to cook rice to a desired doneness
The “Sushi/Curry” setting produces grainy rice perfect for hand-rolled sushi and curry.

The Barley Rice settings specialized for cooking white rice with barley rich in soluble fiber are provided. The rice cooking programs tailored to the characteristics of two types of barley allow its characteristic odor to be suppressed and delicious taste to be delivered so that you can eat barley rice every day.
“Barley Rice (Rolled Barley)” setting
On this setting, the two-stage water absorption process appropriate for white rice and barley is enabled.
“Barley Rice (Sticky Barley)” setting
This setting allows the rice to absorb water well and be cooked at high temperatures so that odors specific to barley can be suppressed.
Allowing you to easily cook healthy rice
This setting produces plump, delicious rice with mixed grains, which is usually difficult to cook in consideration of the right amount of water absorbed. You can easily take in abundant nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.
This setting produces plump, delicious brown rice, which is usually difficult to cook with the right amount of water and heat. Brown rice is a good source of vitamin B1 and other nutrients.

*Keep the rice cooker away from walls and furniture when using it, as the steam and heat emitted from it can cause damage, discoloration, and deformation of the walls and furniture.
When using kitchen storage cabinets (sliding drawers), take the following precautions.
- Provide sufficient space above the steam vent.
- Prevent steam from accumulating inside.
- Keep steam away from the operation panel and the plug.
- Pull out the sliding drawer when using the product to prevent the parts from being exposed to the steam.
- Check the load capacity of the surface on which the product is to be placed before use.

Glazed inner lid to keep rice warm and delicious
The inner lid has a hydrophilic coating.
It is difficult for water to form droplets on the coated surface of the lid, and, when heated, moisture quickly evaporates so that unwanted moisture can be removed. When the rice is kept warm in the rice cooker, the surface of the lid is covered with a film of moisture so that the rice can be kept moist. Water does not form droplets easily on the coated surface and so water does not drip onto the cooked rice.
The lid is designed to be easy to remove and clean.
Easy cooking with a rice cooker! All you have to do is put ingredients in the rice cooker.
On this setting, after putting ingredients in the rice cooker and selecting the time, all you have to do is wait until the rice cooker finishes cooking a dish automatically without using fire. After the contents are simmered at a temperature close to boiling, the heating temperature is reduced slowly to stew and flavor them deeply. The cooking time can be set in increments of 5 minutes in a range from 5 minutes to 120 minutes.
Use this setting for preparing a meal on a day when you are not cooking rice or for preparing some dishes in advance on weekends.

Energy saving symbol
These symbols indicate the energy-saving performance of the products that bear the symbols. The green symbol is for models that meet the energy conservation standard, and the orange symbol is for models that do not meet the standards.
Choose a product with reference to these symbols. The “energy conservation standard achievement rate” or “achievement rate” indicates how much the product has achieved the 2008 target value specified in the Act on Rationalizing Energy Use. The higher the percentage, the better the energy efficiency.
