The brown rice milled in the Soft Brown Rice course absorbs water to the core through fine scratches on the grains during cooking.
The brown rice milled in the Soft Brown Rice course can be cooked in the “White Rice” setting so that it can be cooked in a shorter time than in the Brown Rice setting.

The milling machine comes with the removable integrated rice bran container that can be removed together with the milling basket when the handles of the rice bran container are held and pulled up.
