About Papier Tigre

Papier Tigre is a product brand established in Paris, France that mainly manufactures stationery products. Based on the concepts of “innovation” and “creation,” it has been rolling out original items and the brand is well known for its high-quality life accessories. In 2022, the year of the tiger, a collaboration between Papier Tigre and Tiger Corporation, both of which use a tiger as their symbol, has been established.

Like stationery products of Papier Tigre, the bottles with the invigorating design lend color to the inside of your bag and space around your desk.

Playground and Cinetique are Papier Tigre’s original designs themed on “vibrez” (a French term that means “vibrate” in English). They feature bold graphic designs and use of eye-catching colors inspired by optical art (a style of visual art such as painting and sculpture that uses optical illusions and the principles of visual perception).

Tiger & Tigre adopts the colors of the tricolor, the national colors of France where Papier Tigre has its origin.

The pop design in which each of the “tigers” happily peeps out between stripes that are suggestive of those of a tiger is the original design limited to the collaboration.

In most cases, bacteria adversely affect humans when they increase massively in excess of a certain amount. The antibacterial finishing prevents the growth of bacteria so that the product surface can be kept hygienic. On the inner stopper and gasket with the antibacterial finish, the growth of bacteria is prevented by 99% or more, compared with untreated ones; this means the bottle can be used hygienically at anytime. (The inner stopper is the plastic part inside the lid.)

The MMZ-K series has a silver-based (Ag-based) antibacterial finish.

Products carrying the SIAA marks are subjected to quality control and information disclosure under the SIAA guidelines based on the results of evaluation conducted in accordance with ISO 22196.

The SIAA marks are symbols for Kohkin (or antibacterial) established by the Society of International Sustaining Growth for Antimicrobial Articles.

The products that meet the three criteria of [1] antimicrobial properties (*1), [2] safety (*2) and [3] appropriate labeling (*3) may carry the SIAA mark.

(*1) The proportion of bacteria on the surface of the product must be equal to or less than 1/100 that of a non-treated product, and the antimicrobial effect must remain after durability tests. Antimicrobial properties are determined from the results of tests conducted in accordance with the international standard ISO 22196.
(*2) The safety criteria uniquely established by SIAA must be met.
(*3) The types of antibacterial agents used and parts treated must be clearly indicated.

The stainless-steel plate is pressed and thinned with Tiger’s original manufacturing process to make the bottles lightweight.

Vacuum Insulation Technology

Tiger’s vacuum insulation technology keeps drinks hotter and colder for hours. The copper foil in between the two stainless-steel walls supports temperature retention. Cold drinks will not cause condensation on the outside of the bottle and hot drinks will not cause the bottle to become too hot to handle.

The leaser beam welding, Tiger’s original technique, used in the bottom part prevents the waterdrop from entering inside vacuum area of the bottle.
Therefore, the bottle is washable entirely and well drained.
