Rinse the shrimp under hot water.
Separate the cauliflower into small florets. Cut the avocado into 2cm cubes, thinly slice the onion, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Place ingredients 1 and 2 into the inner pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with mayonnaise, and top with shredded cheese. Place the inner pot into the main unit and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Waterless,Medium”, set the cooking time to 50 minutes, then press “START/SET”.
Once done, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
