Mash the bananas and melt the butter.
Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy, then add the melted butter and mix.
Sift the dry ingredients into the mixture from step 2. Add the mashed bananas and allspice, then gently fold until just combined.
Pour the batter from step 3 into the inner pot. Smooth the surface, then place the inner pot into the main unit and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Bake,Medium”, set the heating time to 1 hour 20 minutes, then press “START/SET”.
Once baked, remove from the inner pot and let cool.
If underbaked, while the “Keep Warm” indicator is flashing, turn the dial to set additional baking time, then press “START/SET” to bake.
