Ingredients
1/5 cup white wine
2 1/4 tbsp simple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
Sprig of mint (for garnish)
Directions
Place ingredients except mint into the blender container and firmly secure the lid.
Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “5” or “6”. Blend for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Pour the contents into a metal container and chill in the freezer until solid.
Serve in a cup and garnish with mint.

You can substitute wine with water for a non-alcoholic desert.
