Manual mode

You can choose from eight menus such as “Premium” cooking setting,“High-speed” setting, “Slow Cooking”, “Waterless”, “Warm”, “Fermentation”, “Bake”, “Stir-fry” and manually set the heat and cooking time to suit the dish and the situation at the time.

Automatic mode (20 settings)

for gentle cooking delicately adjusted by Tiger (about 1.15 atm)

General electric pressure cookers apply a high pressure of not less than 1.7 atm to cook. However, TIGER COOKPOT applies a lower pressure (about 1.15 atm) for gentle cooking and takes a shorter time for the process from start of cooking until the dish is ready to eat. In this way, it preserves good textures and nutrients of the ingredients, which means you can save time and cook a delicious dish.

The combination of “Know-how to cook tasty rice” and “Premium” accumulated over more than 50 years as a rice cooker manufacturer enables you to cook delicious rice that brings out its sweetness. It can be used not only as a dish cooker, but also as a rice cooker!

the cooker completes a dish in 27 minutes following the start of cooking!

In the Premium setting, after the process of applying a constant pressure (about 1.15 atm) continues for a long time, the process of reducing pressure follows and completes in about 7 minutes. This cooker reduces the time from start of cooking until the dish is ready to eat compared with general electric pressure cookers that apply high pressures for cooking.

All you have to clean are just three parts. They are dishwasher and dryer safe so that you can clean them quickly.
