In this setting, (pre-washed) white rice soaked in water (for at least 2 hours) beforehand can be cooked in as little as 15 minutes.*
In the Soaked Rice setting, white rice can be cooked in a shorter time than in the Quick Cook setting because the rice is soaked in water beforehand to let it absorb water.
If you prepare rice by soaking it in water beforehand, this setting allows you to cook it in a short time when unexpectedly needed, so that you will not make your customers wait.
This setting allows rice to be cooked quickly when needed, eliminating the need to cook extra rice and the waste of having rice left over.

*For cooking 1 go of white rice. 4 go of white rice can be cooked in about 20 minutes. (Cooking capacity: 1 go to 5 go)
