Tiger Corporation (President: Yoshisato Kikuchi, Headquarters: Kadoma City, Osaka) (“Tiger” or “we”), a world leader in thermal control technology, will release the Vacuum Insulated Bottles MCZ-G040/G060/G080 and MTA-J050/J080 on Monday, September 1, 2025.

We launched the vacuum insulated bottles that are equipped with Stopper with the integrated gasket, Tiger’s first stopper that forms part of the gasket, in September 2023. We have received favorable feedback for the ease of maintenance and are expanding our lineup. According to a survey* conducted by Tiger, 65% of respondents would prefer to buy a bottle with an integrated gasket and stopper, even if the selling price is higher. We have found that many of our customers are demanding a stopper that forms part of the gasket.

The new Vacuum Insulated Bottles MCZ-G040/G060/G080 are equipped with Stopper with the integrated gasket on the existing Vacuum Insulated Bottles MCZ-S, which have been used by many customers. In addition to the popular easy grip handle and natural color, the new product is easier to wash.

The new Vacuum Insulated Bottles MTA-J050/J080 to be released on the same day are equipped with Stopper with the integrated gasket as with MCZ-G. It is easy to carry with a natural easy grip handle. The one-push stopper enables you to open the cap easily, so you can rehydrate yourself quickly.

Keeps your drinks hot or cold longer with vacuum insulation

High cold-retaining/heat-retaining performance achieved with the stainless steel, double-walled, vacuum structure! Cold drinks will stay cold and hot drinks will stay hot, so drinks can be kept at the best temperatures for drinking for at least 6 hours.

Matte bead coating

A granular material is kneaded into the coating to make the coating film surface uneven on purpose, so that it is difficult for the coated outer surface to slip even when the bottle is held in wet hands.

Spout with strainer [MCZ-G only]

The spout with a strainer that serves as a stopper to prevent ice from coming out from the bottle enables you to drink a cold beverage without stress.

Elastomeric bottom [MCZ-G only]

The elastomeric bottom (with rubber-like elasticity) means it is difficult for the bottle to slip on or damage the surface of a desk or floor. This bottom reduces the noise made when the bottle is placed on a surface.

One-push stopper [MTA-J only]

The cap opens easily with one push. You can quickly rehydrate yourself with one hand.
