HOW TO MAKE BOILED EGGS IN A RICE COOKER
Now, it is really as easy as placing your uncooked eggs into the inner pot of your multifunctional rice cooker with just enough water to cover them.
But we have a secret: add ½ teaspoon of baking soda to the water before closing the lid. You see, baking soda is alkaline – and it helps to loosen the bond between the egg white and the shell when cooking. This makes the eggs easier to peel after cooking.
Use the Slow Cook setting for 10 minutes. Once the timer sounds off, rinse your rice cooker boiled eggs under cold water to stop the cooking process. And that’s it!
