Health and productivity management

Tiger Corporation considers the health of its employees to be the most important issue when it comes to putting its corporate philosophy into practice, and will always be a company where employees can continue to work with a healthy state of mind and body. To this end, in fiscal 2019 we established an organizational structure for promoting health and productivity management, and are working to create an environment where employees can enjoy a long and vigorous work life through initiatives such as taking specific measures to maintain and improve employee health.

General Employers Action Plan

Tiger Corporation (“we” or “the Company”) announces that the Company has formulated the General Employers Action Plan in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Women’s Advancement Promotion Law.
We strive to create and establish a working environment that enables every employee to exercise his/her full potential in various life stages and where people from diverse backgrounds can play active roles.

Actions:
Consider introducing childcare support services and actually providing them.

Providing knowledge on childcare and family care and promoting exchange among employees
Actions:
Hold seminars for family care support.
Hold seminars for childcare support.

Goal 3
Implementing measures in consideration of employees undergoing fertility treatment
Actions:
Establish work rules and provide a consultation service.
Make necessary information known to all members in the Company to improve understanding of infertility and treatment and prevent harassment.

Report the progress of efforts to promote women’s participation and advancement (employment) in the workplace at the management meeting biannually.

Encouraging male employees to participate in childcare and raising the percentage of male employees taking childcare leave to 100%
Actions:
Provide information to help male employees participate in childcare and make it easy for them to take childcare leave.

Assisting the female employees in advancing their career

Plan and provide training for career advancement.
