Health and productivity management

Tiger Corporation considers the health of its employees to be the most important issue when it comes to putting its corporate philosophy into practice, and will always be a company where employees can continue to work with a healthy state of mind and body. To this end, in fiscal 2019 we established an organizational structure for promoting health and productivity management, and are working to create an environment where employees can enjoy a long and vigorous work life through initiatives such as taking specific measures to maintain and improve employee health.
