Shipping Policy

This Policy shall apply only to purchases made on tiger-corporation.com in the United States. For products purchased from a retailer or supplier’s website, refer to the seller’s return policy.

Shipping Cost

• All shipping to US address is subject to shipping charge except for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. We are currently not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
• When the total order amount (merchandise only) is $100 or more, shipping will be free of charge.
• When you order 10 bottles or more, the Company shall prepare an estimate of the shipping cost.

Shipping method

• Ordered products will be shipped by UPS from the Company warehouse within 5 business days of the order.
• You can track the shipment from the UPS website by using the tracking number contained in the shipment completion email

International Transportation

• Shipping of orders placed on this website shall be limited to the US mainland (Except Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico).
• If you would like your order to be shipped to Japan, please visit the Japan Store.
