Place rice, clams (with their liquid), shredded shimeji mushrooms, bouillon granules, butter, and water into the inner pot. Mix well, then set it into the main unit and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Quick,High”, set the cooking time to 15 minutes, and press “START/SET”.
Once done, open the lid, add milk and cheese, close the lid, and let sit for 1 minute. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
Serve in bowls, sprinkle with black pepper to taste, and garnish with Italian parsley.
