Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes. Slice the sausages diagonally into thirds. Separate the broccoli into small florets and toss with salt and olive oil.
Place the potatoes, water, and bouillon granules into the inner pot. Set it into the main unit and close the lid.
Select “Manual: Quick,High”, set the cooking time to 25 minutes, and press “START/SET”.
After cooking finishes, open the lid without pressing “Cancel”. Add the broccoli and wieners, then close the lid. Turn the dial to set the additional cooking time to 10 minutes, then press “START/SET”.
Once done, drain in a colander and let cool slightly.
Arrange baby greens, step 5, and halved mini tomatoes in a colorful wreath pattern on a large plate. Top with mayonnaise, coarsely ground black pepper, and fried onions.
