Sprinkle sea bream with salt and pepper, let sit briefly, then pat dry with paper towels.
Rinse seafood mix under running water to remove surface ice.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and black olives in half horizontally. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Add 1, 2, 3, white wine, water, olive oil, grated garlic, red chili pepper, salt, and pepper to the inner pot. Place it in the main unit and close the lid.
Select “Auto: 5”, press the pressure button, hold it up, then press “START/SET”.
After cooking, confirm the pressure indicator pin has dropped. Press the pressure button to hold it down, then open the lid. Plate the dish and garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
