Place the batter ingredients except the oil for frying into the container and firmly secure the lid.
Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “8” or “9”. Blend for 1 minute.
Place (2) in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.
Heat the frying pan, add a thin layer of oil, and pour in 1/6th of (3). Fry until the bottom becomes a golden color, and then flip and fry the other side.
Fry the rest of (3) in the same manner.
Shred the chicken breast by hand, and cut the hard-boiled egg, avocado, and tomato into thin slices.
Place the baby leaf and (6) on the fried batter, sprinkle on sesame dressing, roll it up, cut in half, and serve on a dish.
