Matcha Affogato

Scoop 200g of ice cream into each bowl.

In the jug, add the water and then the matcha, and securely attach the lid assembly.

Set the dial to “1” and blend for about 15 seconds. Once the matcha is partially mixed, turn the dial to “8” and blend for about 20 seconds.

Transfer the mixture from step 3 to a container, add freshly boiled water, mix, and pour over the ice cream from step 1.
