Place ingredients except the mint into the container and firmly secure the lid.
Turn the dial the PULSE setting “10” times, then turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “10”. Blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with mint.
You can also add mango liqueur.
