Peel the grapefruit and remove the flesh.
Add boiling water to granulated sugar to dissolve and cool.
Place ingredients into the container and firmly secure the lid.
Pulse in the blender approximately 5 times.
Pour into a metal tray, and freeze for approximately 1 hour until solid.
Mix (5) well with a spoon.
Freeze (6) for another hour until solid.
When solid, serve on a dish and garnish with mint.
