Thinly slice the garlic and ginger.
Rinse the spare ribs under water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
Place all ingredients into the inner pot, set it into the main unit, and close the lid.
Select “Auto:3”, press the pressure button to raise it, then press “START/SET”.
After cooking, confirm the pressure indicator pin has dropped. Press the pressure button to lower it, open the lid, and transfer to a serving dish.
Add herbs to taste.
You can also make half the amount. Select “Manual: Essence Pressure, Low, 1 hour” and heat.
