Mixed Berry and Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

Mixed berries (frozen)…100 g

Banana…1 (approx. 100 g)

Soy milk yogurt…120 g

Soy milk…120 mL

Honey…1 tbsp

Ice cubes…4 (approx. 60 g)

Mixed berries

Sprig of mint

Peel the banana and cut in half.

Place ingredients into the container and firmly secure the lid.

Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “10”. Blend for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Pour into a glass and garnish with mixed berries and mint.

*Because it contains honey, do not give to infants under 1 year of age.
