Ingredients
2/3 cup (5.29 oz) Water
1 1/4 cups (10.58 oz) Freshly Boiled Water
2 quarts of Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
Serve 2 scoops of ice cream into each bowl.
Place water into the container, add matcha and firmly secure the lid.
Turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “1”. Blend for 15 seconds. Once a certain amount of matcha is mixed in, turn the dial to start the blender and set the speed to “8”. Blend for 20 seconds.
Transfer contents to a separate bowl, add freshly boiled water, mix, and finally pour over the ice cream.
ADVICE OF A POINT
We recommend to use OGURAYAMA from Yamamasa Koyamaen (ceremonial grade) for a richer flavor, or MATSUKAZE from Yamamasa Koyamaen (Latte Grade) for a strong flavor.
