THE BEST TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

We’ve all had a fruit smoothie at one point or another that was so spectacularly refreshing and delicious, you might have wondered what otherworldly alchemy was at play in the recipe. Trust us, it wasn’t magic. It was just the perfect ratio of fruit, ice and dairy that made it taste so good. This mango and pineapple smoothie is exactly that smoothie recipe you’ve been searching for all this time. Ripe mango imparts sweet almost floral notes – and juicy pineapple brings the bright, tropical beach vibes. However, it’s an unsung hero of ingredients that delivers on the silky smoothness we all want in a yummy smoothie: drinkable yogurt. It’s creamy without being too thick – and when it’s blended with pineapple, mango and ice, you’re in for the best healthy treat!

HOW TO MAKE A PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE WITH MANGO

Simply place all of your smoothie ingredients inside your Tiger blender and blend at speed level 6 for a minute. Boom. Done. All smoothie recipes should be easy to make – and this one is obviously no exception. Try it yourself!

TIPS AND VARIATIONS

  • Make it vegan. Substitute the yogurt for a plant based yogurt alternative. Cashew yogurt, almond yogurt and coconut yogurt are all worthy contenders. Extra creamy oat milk would even work in a pinch.
  • Nix the ice – and use frozen fruit instead. A great trick for making sure your fruit smoothies stay cold while being as flavorful as possible is to use frozen fruit. You can either peel and cube fresh fruit and store it in the freezer yourself – or pick up some bags of frozen pineapple and mango at the grocery store. No ice needed!
  • Add some zing. A teaspoon of fresh grated ginger and lemon juice each would go a long way in delivering a pucker-worthy burn if that’s your thing.
