Health Measures (Examples)
We are implementing various initiatives to promote health management.
●Recommendation of medical examinations
By having public health nurses recommend repeat examinations to those who require medical treatment or thorough checkups as a result of periodic health checkups, and by requiring employees to report the results, we will help to prevent serious illnesses and detect them at an early stage.
●Providing specific health guidance
For employees at high risk of developing lifestyle-related diseases, we make it mandatory to receive specific health guidance by scheduling sessions during working hours.
●Follow-ups by public health nurses
We have a system in place that allows employees to feel free to consult with our public health nurses about any physical or mental health concerns they may have.
●Smoking cessation initiatives
Smoking is completely prohibited on our premises. We provide support for employees who are trying to quit smoking, such as by conducting interviews with public health nurses and awarding congratulatory bonuses to those who quit successfully.
●Health seminars
We hold health seminars regularly.
Topics are selected according to various needs, ranging from lifestyle-related topics such as diet and sleep to lectures on mental health and lectures on how to read the results of health checkups.
●Walking event
Twice a year, walking events are held using a health app.
These events are a fun way for employees to improve their health through competitions between individuals and teams.
●Office environment
We encourage the use of stairs within the company to promote health and communication.
